How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you an email with a link to track the order status.

When can I expect my order?

We typically ship the next business day and hence you can expect your order between 2-4 days depending on your location.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We don’t accept exchange or returns on our products due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive damaged/wrong products, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, netbanking (within India) and wallets.

Can I buy a subscription?

Yes you can – subcriptions allow you to avail upto 30% off and remove the hassle of monthly ordering. Check out the subscription page for more details.

Can I get same day delivery?

No, it’s not possible.

What if I need to modify my order?

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can modify your shipping address from your account.

When will I see my refund if my transaction fails but the money is deducted?

Your refund should post to your credit card statement, bank or wallet within 5-7 days.
